PHYSICAL EDUCATION 1
As part of my B.Ed curriculum, I conducted a class for 8th-grade students on the importance of warm-up exercises. During the session, I explained the significance of warm-ups, highlighting how they help prevent injuries, improve flexibility, and prepare the body for physical activities. I also demonstrated several warm-up exercises, ensuring that the students understood both the techniques and the benefits. The students actively participated, and the session went well, as they seemed engaged and appreciated the hands-on approach to learning about physical fitness.
