YOGA SESSION 2
As part of the B.Ed. curriculum, I conducted a yoga session in Class 8A, where I introduced two yoga asanas over the course of two days. In the next session, I introduced Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), again walking the students through the steps and demonstrating the correct form. I explained its benefits, such as strengthening the spine, improving posture, and stimulating the abdominal organs. The students cooperated well and participated enthusiastically in both sessions. The overall yoga experience was very rewarding, and it was fulfilling to see the students embrace the practice, gaining both physical and mental benefits from it. It was a nice experience, as I was able to contribute to their well-being while also promoting mindfulness and physical fitness.
