YOGA SESSIONS 1

 As part of the B.Ed. curriculum, I conducted a yoga session in Class 8A, where I introduced two yoga asanas over the course of two days. On the first day, I presented Balasana (Child's Pose), explaining the steps involved and demonstrating the correct posture. I also highlighted its benefits, such as improving flexibility, relieving tension in the back and neck, and promoting relaxation. The students were eager to try the asana, and they responded positively to the detailed instructions and demonstrations.
